This is an amazing modern renovation of a classic structure in Capital Hill, Washington DC. I love the choice of materials and the integration of modern elements in this historical shell. In what could have been a clash of time periods, the marriage of new and old on this project produced a dynamic result. Nice work, Studio 27.
