The World’s favorite “too big for his britches” buddy, Kim Jon-il has been throwing around the “N” word a lot lately. He’s no racist (he might be actually), he’s talkin’ Nuclear baby. This photoessay by Martin Miller details the beginnings of the road that got us here and gave ole’ Kim the toys he’s now playing with. Miller photographed many of the facilities that played a role in Oppenheimer’s quest to build one hell of a bomb.
