Jake Longstreth
Jake Longstreth‘s landscape paintings are incredibly simple and beautiful. I’m fascinated by the “strip mall” culture that has taken over many suburbs, and these are exactly what I’m referring to when I’m trying to describe what it means. I’m not a big fan of strip malls and restaurant chains, but if they’re painted by Jake, I’d hang it up in my house.

The Big 12 has 10 schools, the Big 10 has 12 – Perfect, I had a hard enough time explaining to my girlfriend why it made sense the Big 10 had 11 schools.
