Dalton Ghetti has far more patience than I do. It’s easy to tell because, I’m hardly patient enough to sharpen a #2 pencil regularly, let alone carve a handsaw in to the tip of one. I’m in complete awe of his carvings though, and I’m sure you will be too.
I remember growing up and having these tiny little pencils in my pencil bag after having worn them down over the school year. It seems Dalton has put better use to them though as these all make up the alphabet.
I’m not sure whether being able to carve something like this in elementary school could solve a little boy’s lovesick problems, but I’m willing to bet any girl would be at least a little flattered to receive a heart charm like the above or below.
