No Reservations host, author, and chef Anthony Bourdain recently visited Austin to sample the local fare, and the reviews were exciting. He visits Perlas, East Side King, Odd Duck Farm to Trailer, and, I’m pumped to say, Gourdough’s. It’s just fun hearing Anthony Bourdain talk about a place you helped design.
