Our friends from down the street at Charla Wood’s studio, along with a handful of other local business, will be hosting a photographic benefit for Wyatt McSpadden this Friday. Wyatt has been one of the best photographers in town for decades, and helped pave the way for my generation of shooters in a smaller Austin Market. He also shot a book on Texas BBQ that gives me “photo envy” on a regular basis for not having had the idea.
The benefit will have a silent auction including prints from Dan Winters, Platon, Keith Carter, and about two dozen other renowned photographers from across the country. Benefits will go towards the Wyatt’s medical fund.
