REWORDS

rewords

A few months back we posted WORDS, a short film from Will Hoffman and Daniel Mercadante with clever clips that all some how related. Now Everynone has created REWORDS, which is pretty much the exact same idea only with clips found exclusively on YouTube. Watch it after the jump!

DeStorm – Soul Toons!

I’m so thankful to have come across the YouTube channel of DeStorm. I stumbled upon him because of his cover of the Gregory Brothers‘ “Bedroom Intruder Remix.”

The video above has to be the best thing I’ve seen on the internet in a long ass time. Heavy doses of nostalgia and raw talent packaged into five minutes of pure awesomeness. How did nearly a year go by without me ever seeing this?

For your convenience I’ve put the rest of his Soul Toons episodes after the jump. If you like them, remember that the best way to help an original content director on Youtube is to subscribe, “like” or comment on their videos.

Country Hip-hop

I know here in Austin you don’t often hear Country and Hip-hop used in the same sentence, let alone used in conjunction to describe some kind of dance that people do willingly. If anyone finds out where in Canada and the United States Diane traveled to and saw people dancing like this, please let me know so I can put it on my “Sh!tnaw I’m Not Traveling There” list.
