Human beings as the shapes that form sculptures is no new idea, but the space that they occupy when moving seems to be. Raphael Perret used the sort of motion capture technology used by filmmakers to produce these great motion sculptures. The sculptures themselves are beautiful especially when paired with the movements themselves which you can see video of after the jump.

Country Hip-hop

I know here in Austin you don’t often hear Country and Hip-hop used in the same sentence, let alone used in conjunction to describe some kind of dance that people do willingly. If anyone finds out where in Canada and the United States Diane traveled to and saw people dancing like this, please let me know so I can put it on my “Sh!tnaw I’m Not Traveling There” list.
