Just a reminder that tonight is the opening reception for the Bicycle Print Show at Black Lagoon Gallery from 6-9pm. Curated by Poster Cabaret, the show is a month long exhibit celebrating national bike month.
Matt, Will, Cody and I are participating and are honored to have our work including in such an amazing list of poster artists.

Dustinland has hit a breakthrough in the ongoing research regarding the term “Hipster”. If you ask any two people what a “hipster” is, you’ll get two differing answers and now we know why. The Theory of Hipster Relativity explains this phenomenon very clearly. See Dustin’s brilliant explanation after the jump.

Portland seems to be a pretty physically active city, but for anyone left there that needs reminding, The Bureau of Betterment produced this collection of designs to help promote the city’s outdoor areas. Script & Seal (PDX studio run by Gavin Potenza & Liz Meyer) produced several amazing bicycle inspired posters for the Portland Mercury bike issue. To send things to the next level, art direction was done by the lovely Nicole Lavelle. Now to top that….all of the posters are available for print here!
