BBQ Pit Master

If you’re about to be grilling in or around Austin, be sure to pick up this month’s Austin Monthly for their feature on How to Barbecue Like a Pit Master. I photographed this feature for them using County Line‘s BBQ and my buddy Dustin as our Pit Master Model. It was a fun shoot.

Where Will You Go?

Working with Gowalla is always a blast and this time wasn’t an exception on my first ever animation project. This promo video provides a peek into the wild world of the Gowalla brand, capturing the fun of connecting with others when live action and drawings collide! I worked alongside Malcolm from Rebel Rebel on the animation and he made my drawings wiggle and romp. Check it out after the jump!

Gowalla Mural-2

Earlier this week I completed a mural over at the Gowalla headquarters with the help of Rand Renfrow and additional help from my wonderful wife. This was done in addition to the loads of promotional projects I’ve been working on this year including silkscreened posters, a passport, pocket guide ad, and some soon to be printed tees. Tomorrow afternoon I will be drawing on the sidewalk by their airstream trailer!

Casey Dunn

Ole Spacecase gets to spend quality time in the coolest places in town and does a tremendous job styling and documenting them. So get on over to his new site and then tell your mom about it!
