James Charles – Pop Cultured Currency

Repurposing existing objects for other uses is always cool. Repurposing them for pop culture references though is even better. James Charles has been doing just that with United States currency for the last year or so. Many more after the jump.

     In more countries than not, $315 (US)  IS loaded.

    It’s only against the law to deface money intended for recirculation. If the artist doesn’t recirculate it, it’s not illegal.

    If an artist did this, how did he/she manage to change the written cash amount to correspond the drawings? Seems like Photoshop.
