Recently our friends at Frank asked us to contribute to the Frank Public Art wall. Rather than try to compete with the amazing illustrations that the previous artists have done, we decided to take it in more of a conceptual direction. The end result was our solution to the parking shortage downtown. Here are a couple extra spots that folks can use free of charge. You’re welcome Austin.
To dress it up, we installed a Reserved Parking sign complete with weeds growing out from under it, a random broken CD, some “empties”, a comb, and other assorted trash that we found in the actual parking lot we were standing on. Head on down to Frank some time this month too to get the ISD: Independent School Dog that is on special. It’s a corn dog style jalapeño/cheese and venison sausage, with a side of tater tots, fruit cup, and one chocolate milk all served on a elementary school style lunch tray. Yum!
